What is an Aesthetic Center?
Aesthetic Centers are a cross between a traditional day spa and a doctors office. Most provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments performed by medical professionals such as physician’s assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, medical aestheticians, etc. Many of the treatments provided at an aesthetic center require physician supervision and are not available at traditional days spa. This allows aesthetic centers to offer more aggressive, more effective, and more thorough treatments. Many aesthetic centers also include spa services such as facials, waxing, light chemical peels, etc. Most aesthetic centers utilize a variety of lasers and intense pulsed light technology to treat aging and/or damaged skin as well as permanent hair reduction. Additional services offered at aesthetic centers may include Botox®, dermal fillers, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, micropigmentation (permanent make-up), etc.
How does Grandview Aesthetic Center differ from the Competition?
We have the most advanced equipment, and the most experienced staff in the Midwest. We are especially proud to provide each client with a complimentary, skin analysis and consultation. During this session, we utilize high resolution digital photography and UV photography to analyze your skin. We then strive to educate our clients on how best to improve their skin and to maintain those improvements. GAC focuses on setting realistic expectations in regards to the outcomes of each treatment, and we never attempt to sell our clients any service or product that will not benefit them. We pledge to provide a level of service not only superior to our competition but one that exceeds our clients expectations.
Who will be performing my procedure?
All of our services are performed by highly skilled and trained personnel. We employ licensed estheticians, registered nurses, and massage therapists.
It is highly recommended that you schedule your appointment in advance to ensure that we can meet your requests for a preferred date, time and therapist. All appointments must be made by calling the office during business hours 614-421-SKIN. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of your first appointment with us to fill out new client in-take forms.
Tuesday-Thursday: 10am-8pm, Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday: 9am-2pm
We will make a courtesy call to you at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment as a reminder, but we do ask that you assume the responsibility for remembering your appointments.
If you are unable to keep your appointment time, please contact our office as soon as possible to let us know. We do request at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations and you may be charged a cancellation fee if you are unable to provide proper notice.
Minors are always welcome for treatment when accompanied by a parent or with a prior signed consent form. Childcare services are not provided on site and out of respect for all of our guests, we ask that children do not accompany you to a scheduled appointment.
Although gratuities are not customary for clinical treatments, they are appreciated for our spa services such as facials, massages and waxing. Gratuities may be given at your discretion in appreciation to our staff for providing outstanding services.
Payment is due for all service when rendered. We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Care Credit. We do not offer any in-house financing options.
Give the gift of beauty to that someone special! Gift cards are and available for purchase in any denomination over the phone or at the office. All gift card purchases are non-refundable.
Referral Rewards Program
We truly value your business and understand that the highest compliment you can pay us is the referral of your family and friends. When referring someone to our office, simply complete our referral card and when the referred client presents this card to us, both the referring client and the referred client will receive a $25 credit towards any of our services. This program is our way of thanking clients for their continued trust and confidence and to recognize the vital role they play in helping our skin care business continue to grow.
